INTRODUCCION
Las nutrias marinas son probablemente los animales más conocidos en la bahía de Monterey. Con sus caras de brillantes ojos y su comportamiento juguetón, encantan a ambos los jóvenes y a los mayores. Sin embargo, aunque parezcan tiernas, las nutrias marinas son animales salvajes, mamíferos que se han adaptado a la vida en el mar. INTRODUCTION
Sea otters are probably the most familiar and best-loved animals in Monterey Bay. With their bright-eyed faces and playful behavior, they delight both young and old. But as cute and cuddly as they may seem, sea otters are wild animals, mammals that have adapted to life at sea.
After being over hunted, sea otters have made a comeback along our coast, but their future remains uncertain.
